Digital Sound Board | Intro App Design; 8+ (online)

Unleash your creativity as you imagine and build a soundboard app of your choice. During this two-part online course our instructors will introduce you to app design and development to create an app that that plays sounds at the touch of a button. Best part is, once you learn the basics, you can you can customize it to look at sound however you can imagine.

Session 1: You will be guided along in a virtual tutorial to shows you how to design the User Interface and teach you to set up the building blocks needed for a Soundboard App.

Session 2: During the second session we will experience coding with event handlers and functions, and will explore a variety of blocks in in the app creation software. You will have the opportunity incorporate your ideas to customize the app with unique sounds and images.

Ages: 8+ (with parent participation) or 10+ (alone).

Course Level: Beginner.
