Conscious parenting space

Space and time to meet and learn with other parents.
Conscious parenting focuses on parents self-awareness and stress reduction, in order to allow them to stay as grounded as possible in their everyday life. We will explore tips to deal with this stress oriented society in which we are growing our children and exchange about our challenges as parents. As a doula, a mother and a facilitator, I will lead you through relaxation exercises and discussions, allowing you to find peace with your parenting style. You will build new social relationships and feel regenerated.
